Operator Questions, Answered

How fast can you get a truck on location?

For most jobs in Midland, Ector, and Martin Counties, our dispatch rolls trucks within the hour. Outer counties in the Permian Basin typically see arrival within 2–3 hours depending on location. For emergency well control or critical hauls, call us directly at (432) 247-5300 — we'll give you an accurate ETA on the phone.

Do you run 24/7?

Yes. Dispatch answers around the clock, every day of the year. Oilfield work doesn't stop on weekends and neither do we. Office hours for administrative questions are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm.

What areas of the Permian Basin do you cover?

We cover the full Permian Basin from our Midland yard, including Midland, Ector, Martin, Andrews, Howard, Glasscock, Reeves, Ward, Winkler, and Loving Counties. If your lease is in West Texas or Southeast New Mexico, we can get there.

Are your trucks and operators licensed and insured?

Every truck in our fleet is DOT compliant and fully insured for oilfield work. Our operators are experienced, safety-trained, and carry the endorsements needed for the equipment they run — including kill truck and pressure work. We'll provide insurance certificates on request.

Do you handle saltwater disposal runs?

Yes — saltwater hauling is one of our core services. We run to all major SWD facilities across the basin and can handle produced water, flowback, and drilling fluids. Tell us your volumes and we'll schedule accordingly.

Can I get a quote for recurring work?

Absolutely. For multi-well programs, drilling campaigns, or ongoing production hauling, we offer pricing based on volume, distance, and duration. Send us your scope or call dispatch — we'll put together a quote and get you set up with net terms.

What's the difference between a vacuum truck and a kill truck?

A vacuum truck uses suction to haul liquid — drilling mud, saltwater, produced water. A kill truck is a high-pressure pump truck used to circulate kill-weight fluid into a wellbore to regain control of a well. Different equipment, different operators, different purposes. We run both.

How do I request emergency dispatch?

Call (432) 247-5300 — our line is monitored 24/7. For well control situations, have your location, well status, and company man contact ready so we can dispatch the right equipment immediately.

In the oilfield, the only thing that matters is showing up — with the right equipment, the right crew, and zero excuses.
